  • For customized software, automation, or AI solutions, refunds are not applicable once the project discovery phase has been completed or development has begun.
  • In the event of an approved refund for unused consultation hours or unstarted projects, it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.

Service Delivery Policy

As an IT and AI solutions provider, all delivery of services, software code, access credentials, and project documentation is handled digitally.

  • Digital products, access to applications, and project deliverables will be transmitted securely via email, cloud storage platforms, or directly deployed to the client's servers.
  • Delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon in the project's Statement of Work (SOW) before the project begins.
  • Since we deliver digital services and software, physical shipping is not applicable.
